Eskay Foods is a , family-run business based in Manchester, UK. We operate both online and in-store, offering Afro-Caribbean groceries to retail and wholesale customers.

2. Ordering

• Orders can be placed via our website or in-store.

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We accept payments via major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers (for approved wholesale accounts).

• Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

4. Delivery

• Local Deliveries (Manchester Region): Delivered by our staff. Tracking is not available, but customers will be contacted with a delivery time on the day.

• Nationwide Deliveries (UK-Wide): Shipped via third-party couriers with a tracking number provided after dispatch.

• We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Click & Collect

• Click & Collect is available from our Manchester store at no extra charge.

• You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns on food items unless damaged or incorrect.

• If your order is incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We aim to resolve issues promptly.

• Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

7. Wholesale Orders

• Wholesale pricing is available for approved businesses or bulk orders.

• Minimum order quantities may apply.

• Payment terms and delivery schedules for wholesale clients are discussed individually.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

• Promotional codes are valid for a limited time and may not be combined with other offers.

• First-time and mailing list discounts apply to eligible customers only.

9. Product Information

• We aim to keep all product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate and up to date.

• Occasionally, product packaging or availability may differ from the listing. Substitutions will only be made with your approval.
